We’re firm believers in not having to compromise your regularly scheduled fitness routine while on the road.

Our signature Well+Fit program is designed to move you while you’re on the move, bringing high-intensity workouts into the comfort of your guestroom with streamed online videos and guided meditations in addition to access to our garden level fitness center. Located just behind Conspire, our gym has all of the essentials (free weights, treadmill, elliptical, yoga mats) plus a Peloton bike continuously updated with the latest classes.

Our gym is open to all daily Conspire pass holders, monthly Conspire members and, of course, hotel guests.

Revolutions don’t start by sitting still. That’s why we’re working with the movers & shakers at Trill Fit to bring a variety of DJ nights and high-octane workouts to Conspire after normal working hours. As our calendar gets off the ground, we’ll have everything from yoga to HIIT with a few “Brunch and Burn” classes added in for good measure.
