Cleaning & Sanitation 

We’re implementing a guest wellbeing and sanitization standard at The Revolution Hotel and each Provenance Hotel, driven by local and state health organizations, American Hotel and Lodging Association guidelines and CDC guidanceOur team is trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols and will be taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment for our guests. 

We have increased the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting measures, covering guest rooms, high touch surfaces, and everything in between like public areas, entrances, elevators, restrooms and back of house. 

 

Wellness Checks

While on property, should you or any guest start exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please alert a hotel staff immediately. 

Employee temperature checks will be conducted daily. Any employee with a fever (over 100° F), showing signs of illness or virus symptoms will be directed immediately toward appropriate medical care facilities.  

 

Hand Washing, Masks & Gloves 

Sometimes, it’s the simplest measures that make the most impact. Proper and frequent hand washing is crucial to combating the spread of the virus. Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the hotel for guests and employees. 

We are requiring our guests to wear their own masks within the hotel public spaces for the safety of our guests and staffWe will provide complimentary face coverings if you do not have your own.   

All employees will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like masksGloves will be worn by those whose responsibilities require them as determined by local health department and American Hotel and Lodging Association safety guidelines, including housekeeping, public area attendants and front of house staff, and changed between duties. 

 

Physical Social Distancing

Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing while on property by standing at least six feet away from others not traveling with them. Our employees will exercise the same.  

Elevator use will be reduced to a single person at a timeOnly persons traveling together or who live in the same household may use elevator at the same time. 

Physical layouts in all hotel public areas will be arranged to ensure appropriate physical distancing measures are upheld and that traffic flows through public spaces.
